Brazilian hot salsa

Tabasco and garlic fans, this is a treat for you. Besides Tobasco Brazilian hot salsa contains vinegar, pepper, tomato … And your love for meat is fulfilled with beefsteak. Serve all together and enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 4 thick beef steaks
  • 2 teaspoons Vegeta
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • For hot salsa:
  • 1 medium size onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 big tomato
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Tabasco
  • salt
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • freshly ground pepper

Preparation

  1. 1.
    For salsa put onion, garlic, peeled tomato, olive oil, vinegar, Tobasco, salt, parsley and pepper in electric chopper and finely chop all ingredients.

    Put salsa in serving dish and let cool.
  3. 3.
    Sprinkle beefsteaks with Vegeta and brown both sides in heated oil for a few minutes.

Serving

Serve warm beefsteaks with prepared salsa and cooked peas.

Advice

Add ingredients for salsa one by one into the electric chopper.
