Fry bread in pan without oil, sprinkle with olive oil and leave in a warm place.
In a larger frying pan, lay out tomato slices, sprinkle with Vegeta and fry shortly in remaining olive oil on both sides.
Put sliced mozzarella on each warm slice of bread, top with a prepared tomato. # Sprinkle chopped garlic on bruschetta and decorate with basil leaves.
Serve bruschetta with an arugula salad.
The bruschetta will be even more delicious if you sprinkle a pinch of Vegeta over the warm bread, before adding the toppings.
