Place the Brussels sprouts in hot, mildly salted water, and cook until they soften (approx.15 minutes). If you find a few bigger ones cut them in half to ensure they all soften up.
Melt the butter, in a wider pan, add the oil and roughly fry the bread crumbs.
Place Brussels sprouts, in the bread crumbs and add Vegeta Gourmet Stock Powder, garlic and mix well on mild heat, for around 2-3 minutes.
Brussels sprouts prepared in this way can be served as side dish to any cooked meat.
Brussels sprouts can also be served as a main meal, by topping with sour cream.
