Preparation

Pour water over sour cherries , add Diekal sweetener and cook for 5 minutes

Half of sour cherries mince in an electric food processor and return to the bowl with other sour cherries and juice.

Add vanilla sugar, rice milk, Vegeta, salt and starch flour mixed with little water and cook all for about one minute.
Serving
The fruit soup of sour cherries serve chilled.
Advice
You may add 100 g peeled and grated apples to the soup.
