Chicken Burgers

Chicken Burgers draw the special taste from the harmony of various spices used.

Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken fillets, minced
  • 5 shallots, chopped
  • thyme
  • 1 egg
  • 1 - 2 tablespoons bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Vegeta
  • oil for cooking

Preparation

  1. 1.
    To the minced chicken meat add Vegeta Gourmet Stock Powder, shallots, thyme, egg and bread crumbs.
  2. 2.
    Mix the ingredients well and leave to stand for about 1 hour.
  3. 3.
    Then form the meat in to burgers and cook in hot oil, each side approximately 5 minutes.

Serving

Cooked burgers can be served with chips or salad.

Advice

Minced chicken meat can also be shaped differently. The balls can be formed around a wooden stick.
