Chicken Kebabs with Vegetables

Long, warm summer days, happy socializing next to barbecue, chicken kebabs with vegetables and some beer are the best possible symbiosis. If you are missing any of the ingredients, not to worry and stick to the chicken kebabs – other things you can do without. We challenge you to try.


  • 500 g chicken fillets
  • 200 g fresh red peppers
  • 100 g zucchini
  • 100 g spring onion
  • 200 g champignons
  • 200 ml dark beer
  • 4-5 tablespoons oil
  • 1 tablespoon Vegeta Twist for chicken


  1. 1.
    Cube the chicken, place into a deep bowl and sprinkle with Vegeta Twist for chicken.
  2. 2.
    Clean the washed peppers from the seed and cube. Cut the white part of the spring onions into larger pieces, washed champignons into fours and cube the zucchini.
  3. 3.
    Add some salt to the chopped vegetables, then add chicken, pour with beer and mix it all together well.
  4. 4.
    Cover the meat with the vegetables and leave standing in cold place for about 30 minutes, and then string onto wooden sticks for barbecue. Barbecue grate or the pan coat with oil and heat up well.

    Fry the prepared sticks on all sides until they get golden yellow colour.


Next to warm sticks serve green salad.

Little secret

The champignons will retain their nice colour and appearance if you dry them well before baking.
