Preparation

Cube the chicken, place into a deep bowl and sprinkle with Vegeta Twist for chicken.

Clean the washed peppers from the seed and cube. Cut the white part of the spring onions into larger pieces, washed champignons into fours and cube the zucchini.

Add some salt to the chopped vegetables, then add chicken, pour with beer and mix it all together well.

Cover the meat with the vegetables and leave standing in cold place for about 30 minutes, and then string onto wooden sticks for barbecue. Barbecue grate or the pan coat with oil and heat up well.

Fry the prepared sticks on all sides until they get golden yellow colour.
Serving
Next to warm sticks serve green salad.
Little secret
The champignons will retain their nice colour and appearance if you dry them well before baking.
