Preparation

Cut the chicken into fillets and if required thin out further with a mallet.

Mix cottage cheese with sliced green part of spring onions.

Spread each chicken fillet with 1-2 teaspoons of cottage cheese mix, fold over and secure with toothpicks. Brush filled fillets with honey and sprinkle with Vegeta grill NO MSG added

Place the fillets on the preheated and oiled BBQ open grill plates. Grill the fillets for 5-7 minutes each side.

Grill the button mushrooms on the open grill plate along with the capsicums and white part of the spring onions.
Serving
Serve the chicken fillets with grilled vegetables.
Advice
Warm up the honey a little prior to brushing the chicken fillets with it.
