Chicken With Cottage Cheese

Prepare your favourite grilled chicken in apsolute different way. Fill it with great topping, closed with toothpick, smear with honey and sprinkle with Vegeta grill NO MSG added and grill it. You will be pleased with oustanding taste harmony.

Ingredients

  • 600 g skinless chicken breast
  • 50 g cottage cheese
  • 2 tbsp spring onions (sliced and separated white and green parts)
  • 1-2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp Vegeta grill no MSG added
  • 2 green capsicums, cleaned, cut lengthways into larger pieces
  • 2 red capsicums, cleaned, cut lengthways into larger pieces
  • 300 g button mushrooms, cleaned, sliced

Preparation

  1. 1.
    Cut the chicken into fillets and if required thin out further with a mallet.
  2. 2.
    Mix cottage cheese with sliced green part of spring onions.
  3. 3.
    Spread each chicken fillet with 1-2 teaspoons of cottage cheese mix, fold over and secure with toothpicks. Brush filled fillets with honey and sprinkle with Vegeta grill NO MSG added

    Place the fillets on the preheated and oiled BBQ open grill plates. Grill the fillets for 5-7 minutes each side.
  5. 5.
    Grill the button mushrooms on the open grill plate along with the capsicums and white part of the spring onions.

Serving

Serve the chicken fillets with grilled vegetables.

Advice

Warm up the honey a little prior to brushing the chicken fillets with it.
