Preparation

Wash the asparagus, separate the soft part off the stem with the tips and break it into smaller parts.

Finely chopped onion briefly sauté in oil, add prepared asparagus, salt, pepper and sauté until the asparagus gets soft.

Add stirred eggs and Vegeta, additionally stirring and bake till it is done.
Serving
Serve immediately with home-made bread.
Advice
You can sprinkle fritaja with grated goat or sheep cheese, as desired.
