Crunchy Chicken Wings

If chicken due to its crunchiness and irreplaceable taste is frequently on the menu of your favourite Chinese restaurant, maybe it is time to try preparing it in your own home.

Ingredients

  • 800 g chicken wings without tips
  • 100 g Gussnel (thickener)
  • 200 ml oil
  • Marinade:
  • 100 ml soy sauce
  • 50 ml Cognac
  • 2 tablespoons Vegeta

Preparation

  1. 1.
    Mix together all ingredients for marinade and pour over chicken wings. Let marinate for at least 2 hours.
  2. 2.
    Take the wings out of the marinade, roll in Gussnel and fry in deep oil.

Serving

Serve fried chicken wings with cooked rice and lettuce and garnish with parsley, if desired.

Advice

Serve immediately in order to enjoy the crunchiness of the chicken.
