Cut peeled potatoes into slices 1 cm thick.
Slice the potatoes lengthwise into 0.5-1 cm strips.
Whisk eggwhites lightly with a fork, add Vegeta and pepper and pour mixture over prepared potatoes.
Stir well and sprinkle with flour.
Deep fry potatoes until golden yellow.
Drain French fries on paper towels and serve with relish, ketchup or other condiments.
Make ordinary French fries even more delicious by sprinkling Vegeta over them while still very hot. If you want especially tasty and crispy fries, coat potatoes with a mixture of eggwhites, pepper, Vegeta and a little bit of flour and fry as usual.
