Preparation

In a wok, heat up about 3 tablespoons of oil.

Pour in scrambled eggs and when they are cooked, remove and cut in to strips.

To the remainder of the oil add boiled rice and cook, turning rice constantly, so it cooks evenly.

Add in scrambled egg strips, Vegeta Gourmet Stock Powder, pepper and onion.
Serving
Mix and serve hot.
Advice
This meal is best prepared in a wok.
