Preparation

Trim the chicken breast fillets, rinse and pat-dry with paper towels. Rub Vegeta No MSG Chicken into the chicken and allow to rest for about 30 minutes.

Grill the marinated chicken or fry in a griddle pan on all sides.

When done, brush with a mixture of chopped parsley, finely minced spring onions, olive oil and lemon juice.

To add an exciting flavour, serve with a spoonful of hot relish.
