Preparation

Combine whisked eggs, Vegeta, pepper, chopped green onions and ham.

Dice bacon and one-day-old bread rolls and stir in a mixture with eggs..

Grease a round mould (18 cm in diameter) with butter, sprinkle over bread crumbs and pour in prepared mixture with eggs

Cover the mould with aluminum foil, put into a larger pan with hot water and bake in an oven at 200oC for 50 minutes.
Serving
Remove highlander’s stuffing from the mould, cool down and cut in slices. Serve with ham, cheese škripavac, horse-radish and green onions.
