In hot oil, cook the rice for a few minutes.

Sprinkle Vegeta and cover with hot water. (The rule 1 cup of rice – 2 cups of water applies)

Cook half covered on low heat approximately 10-15 minutes.

Add in white wine, just prior to finishing the rice.
Serving
Serve as main meal with some parmesan cheese.
Advice
You can add finely chopped vegetables, and continue cooking as per recipe.
