Preparation

Drizzle the seitan steaks with Vegeta No MSG and allow to rest for at least 30-40 minutes.

Cook the marinated seitan steaks on greased medium hot grill for a couple of minutes each side, brushing with the remaining marinade.

Mince the garlic, add 3 spoonfuls olive oil, the sour cream, mayonnaise, grated ginger and a pinch of salt. Mix to blend and add crushed mixed peppercorns.
Serving
Serve seitan steaks with a spoonful of mild relish or sauce of your choice, and a tossed salad.
Advice
Seitan is nutritious high-protein, low-fat and cholesterol-free food. It is a great source of iron, vitamin C, thiamine, riboflavin and niacin, and a wonderful substitute for meat.
