Preparation

Clean squids and dry them on absorbing paper towel, than cut them into from both sides.

Combine olive oil, Worchestershire sauce, tabasco, ginger, finely chopped garlic, Vegeta Twist for fish and minced nutmegs.

Stir well the marinade and pour over prepared squids. Leave it to stand at cold place for about 2 hours.

Take squids out of marinade and broil them on a preheated and oiled grill.

5.
Grill them on each side for 3 to 4 minutes.

6.
Remaining marinade warm up and pour over broiled squids.
Serving
Serve salad to your taste.
Advice
You may prepare squids in the same way in a saucepan.
