Sauté finely cut peeled tomatoes with addition of Vegeta Natur and sugar in the oil, until all liquid evaporates.
Make and roll out flat a doug for pizza and put it in oiled baking pan. Dough brush with tomato sauce and bake at 200oC for about 15 minutes.
Spread over baked pizza grated mozzarella and olives and bake for another 5 minutes until cheese melts.
Pizza with mozzarella may be served with fresh or marinated vegetables.
You may add to pizza, to your taste, grilled vegetables (zucchini, eggplants, paprikas).
