Radicchio Salad

Radicchio has lightly bitter flavour and is very healthy. Its leaves form small head, and in bigger stores you may buy it already cleaned and packed. Vegeta Twist “salad” aroma will be sufficient for it.

Ingredients

  • 300 g radicchio
  • Salad Dressing:
  • 1 tablespoon Vegeta Twist for salad
  • 4 tablespoons water
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice

Preparation

  1. 1.
    Separate radicchio leaves, wash them and cut into strips.
  2. 2.
    Mix Vegeta Twist for salad with water and leave to stand for 5 minutes.
  3. 3.
    Add oil, lemon juice; pour over cut radicchio.

Serving

Gently stir the salad and serve.

Advice

Thick parts of radicchhio leaves cut off.
