In the mildly salted water, boil the rice. When it is cooked, if the water has not evaporated, drain excess.
In hot oil cook the garlic, add Vegeta Gourmet Stock Powder and remove from the heat.
Cool the oil and drain (– keeping it for later use).
Add sun dried tomatoes, olives, artichokes and Cajun pepper to the cooked rice, and cover with the cooled oil and lemon juice.
Mix softly but properly, and then cover the top layer of rice with caviar and sprinkle with some parsley.
Another serving idea is to use a lettuce leaf filled with rice and spread caviar over the top.
