Clean the trouts, dry and rub with Vegeta outside and stuff the inside with finely chopped garlic.
Each fish wrap in 2 to 3 slices of Dalmatian smoked bacon (panceta)
Arrange stuffed trouts on an oiled roasting pan.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200oC for about 25 minutes.
Roasted trouts serve with boiled vegetables.
Before roasting, lower side of fish turn to coat in a rough flour and put on roasting sheet with hot oil.
