Salad with Unusual Dressing

Such salad is a real vitamine bomb with only 165 kcal, and dressing is what makes it special. If we say that one of ingredients is Vegeta Twist, nothing has been said yet, but let’s start from the beginning.

Ingredients 4 – 6 

  • 100 g onions
  • 300 g tomatoes
  • 250 g cucumbers
  • 200 g green paprikas
  • several leaves of lettuce
  • 100 g clean black olives
  • 150 g feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Salad Dressing:
  • 250 ml regular cream
  • 50 g smoked salmon
  • 1 teaspoon Vegeta Salad no MSG added
  • 1 tablespoon cut dill

Preparation

  1. 1.
    Wash salad, slice onion, tomatoes, cucumbers, cut paprikas into sticks and cheese into dices. Stir prepared ingredients and drizzle with lemon juice.

    Mince the salmon in an electric food processor, put into appropriate bowl, add cream, Vegeta Salad no MSG added, dill and gently stir.

Serving

Pour the dressing over prepared salad and serve.

Little secret

Pour the dressing just before serving the salad.
