Arrange salmon steaks in a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
Squeeze the juice of one lime on the salmon, dust with brown sugar and Vegeta No MSG Fish, and allow the salmon steaks to marinate for about 30 minutes.
Wash and scrub one whole orange, slice it into rings and arrange the orange slices on top of the salmon. Sprinkle with caraway seeds and kosher salt.
Drizzle some extra virgin olive oil on top and bake in a moderately hot oven at 200 °C for about 25 minutes.
Serve with roasted potatoes.
Use a brush to glaze the salmon steaks with one teaspoon of honey instead of using brown sugar.
