Clean squids and prepare a stuffing: finely chop tentacles and prosciutto, add radicchio sliced in thin strips, finely chopped parsley and garlic. All season with freshly ground pepper and Vegeta; stir.
Fill squids with prepared stuffing and open ends fasten with toothpicks.
Squids arrange into a saucepan on cold oil, cover and gently sauté both sides under the lid about 15 to 20 minutes.
With sautéd squids, serve fried slices of potatoes and any kind of lettuce salad.
Instead radicchio you may put leaves of young spinach into the stuffing.
For stuffing squids easier cut the opening a little to widen it.
