Summer skewers

In summertime we look forward to grilling, eating outside and grilled dishes. Summer skewers with chicken and pork also contain cherry tomatoes, onions and green pepper. Pleasing to the eye and palate.

Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken fillet
  • 500 g pork
  • 2 tbsp Vegeta Grill Classic
  • 200 g onion
  • 250 g green pepper
  • 150 g cherry tomatoes
  • oil for basting skewers

Preparation

  1. 1.
    Cut meat into cubes, sprinkle with Vegeta grill Classic added and leave about 30 minutes.
  2. 2.
    Clean and chop onion and green pepper into larger pieces, and wash cherry tomatoes.
  3. 3.
    Alternate meat and vegetables on skewer stick.
  4. 4.
    Baste with oil and grill on a hot barbeque, in a grill oven or in a large frying pan.
